Bituminous Hot Mix (BSK) Repair between Km: 41+000 – 80+700 of the Bursa – Balıkesir State Highway and Construction of the Susurluk Bypass

Project Description:
Between Km: 41+000 – 80+700 of the Bursa – Balıkesir State Highway, the following works were carried out:

Repair and strengthening of the existing asphalt pavement,
Bituminous Hot Mix (BSK) application,
Infrastructure and superstructure works along the Susurluk bypass,
Implementation of traffic safety and environmental improvement measures.

Project Objectives:

To extend the lifespan of the road surface and repair deteriorated asphalt,
To enhance traffic safety and ensure uninterrupted, safe transportation along the Susurluk bypass,
To accelerate regional transportation and commercial flow.

Project Scope:

BSK repair and reinforcement works over approximately 39.7 km of road section,
Excavation, filling, and plant-mix base production (where required),
Repair of culverts, drainage, and civil structures,
Installation of road safety components, markings, and traffic signs.
